I was led through the right door.
The place was surrounded by metal, with shower-like devices installed all around.
The pungent smell of disinfectant was overwhelming.
It was similar to the facility where I was graded before becoming a bitch.
"Disinfectant will be sprayed from all sides. Please close your eyes to avoid blindness."
This was familiar.
I closed my eyes.
A hissing sound started as something began to spray from above.
I reflexively closed my eyes tighter.
The red disinfectant was sprayed all over my body from above, below, and around me with strong water pressure.
It stung, but it was more bearable than the first time.
I thought of it as a minor hardship to become more beautiful.
The spraying stopped.
"Washing water is coming."
Whoosh!
Warm water began to wash away the stinging sensation from my body.
It was warm this time, unlike the cold water before.
It was okay; it wasn't bad.
I had grown accustomed to the cold water over time.
My flailing to avoid it had decreased.
The pungent disinfectant was washed away.
[Beep-]
Everything was over.
I opened my eyes.
The disinfectant that had stained my body was all washed away.
[Disinfection and cleaning complete.]
The metal door opened.
Now, I would enter the operating room.
What would my brother do to me?
Looking at the operating room, it was clear that this wasn't just a simple cosmetic procedure.
Eyes?
Nose?
Or maybe buttocks or breasts?
Anywhere was fine.
My brother seemed a bit less loving, which was because I had become boring to him.
This surgery could make up for that boredom.
It showed that my brother still considered me a cute plaything.
I crawled into the operating room on all fours.
But the atmosphere was different.
There were tools that looked like electric saws and devices to bind limbs in an X shape.
I could guess that the bitch before me had been tied up and had her limbs cut off.
However, there was also a regular operating table.
"Next, the bitch to be operated on is...Coco?"
"Yes!"
I answered brightly to the young doctor in a green surgical gown.
He was younger than me, but I was livestock, and he was human.
It was natural to use honorifics and listen to him carefully.
"Hmm...you're quite bright."
He muttered to himself, seemingly surprised, and checked my chart.
"It's interesting...you've never had a modification surgery before, right?"
"Yes, that's correct."
The male nurse assisting him replied emotionlessly.
"But why are you having this surgery? Usually, people do this because they're bored...did the order get mixed up?
Your attitude as a bitch is also questionable...let's check again."
"It's confirmed. I personally checked with your owner in front of the operating room."
"Hmm..."
The doctor looked at me.
What was going on?
What kind of surgery was this?
I felt a bad premonition.
Maybe...
Maybe...
I wanted to ask, but as a bitch, I couldn't.
The doctor looked at me, perhaps noticing my anxious expression.
He signaled to two nurses with his eyes.
Two sturdy men approached me.
"Grab her."
Whoosh!
My arms and legs were seized by the men.
"Ahh!"
Maybe...
Maybe...
They took me to the X-shaped restraint, not the operating table.
No...
My husband...my brother wouldn't do this to me...
Clank, clank.
My hands and feet were bound.
My torso and head were securely fixed.
"What...what kind of surgery are you performing?"
I broke the rule for a bitch by speaking up.
"You really don't know, do you?"
The doctor held my head and closed my eyes.
The problem was that he didn't care that I had spoken to him first.
That meant the surgery I was about to undergo wasn't just cosmetic.
"Your husband...your owner wants your limbs cut off."
"Yes...?"
"So, he wants to make you into a limbless sex doll."
A sex doll...?
That's something some men consider a perverse hobby...
Normally, even in marriage, people don't mutilate their bodies unless they have a very perverse fetish.
But I had heard rumors that some rich men buy used bitches, cut off their limbs, and turn them into sex dolls.
A senior in college once told me to never be sold to such a man.
My brother is a good person.
He has always cherished me and treated me like a human, even though I'm a bitch.
But why...?
Why me...?
"This is wrong! Brother...I mean, my owner wouldn't do this! Something's gone wrong!"
"I checked, and it's true."
"I'm telling you, it's not true! Call my owner!"
The doctor didn't need to listen to me.
But maybe he wanted to confirm it?
"Bring the owner here."
"...Yes."
The nurse looked at me with annoyance and left the room.
Yes, when my brother comes, everything will be resolved.
This must be some mistake.
It can't be...
"Here he is."
My brother entered.
"Owner! Is this true? Are you going to cut off my limbs?!
You complained about my breasts being small, so I thought I was here for a breast enlargement!"
My brother's face was dark.
He looked at me silently as I struggled.
I felt anxious.
"Brother! This can't be! You're not going to turn me into a sex doll, are you?!
Say something!"
"...Do you know Seol-ah?"
"What...?"
Suddenly, I felt a chill, like being put in a freezer.
"Why...why my sister...?"
"I found her."
Everything crumbled.
My sister was found...?
But wasn't she supposed to be sold abroad...?
How...?
What should I do?
Maybe I should pretend not to know?
She's a woman addicted to drugs, half-dead and unable to speak.
Maybe he's just trying to threaten me...
"Good...good, brother. My sister is alive...that's fortunate..."
"You sold Seol-ah."
"...What...what are you talking about?"
Slap!
My cheek stung from my brother's slap.
It was the first time he had hit me.
"How could you...how could you sell Seol-ah?! And for me?!"
"No, brother! Just listen to me for a moment! Please!"
"I've heard everything! Seol-ah told me everything!
Why you sold her!"
My brother started crying.
"You treated my sister like a sibling...how could you do that?!"
Slap! Slap!
My brother slapped me again with all his might.
I felt his deep disappointment and anger.
"No...it's not true! Listen to me! I'll tell you the truth! Brother, please!"
"Shut up! Stop using that filthy tongue! Do you know what happened to Seol-ah because of you?!
She's addicted to drugs and working as a prostitute with her legs cut off!"
My brother's face was filled with rage.
It was over.
I had nothing left to persuade him with.
Whoosh!
My face was gripped by my brother's hand.
The hand that once gently stroked me now squeezed my face in anger.
"I'll make you the same. I'll make you suffer more. I'll cut off your arms and legs...
You'll experience more pain than Seol-ah did! You'll suffer for the rest of your life!"
"Hey, hey! Please leave the operating room."
The doctor ordered the nurses to escort my brother out.
"Doctor, we need to perform the surgery..."
"Wait for it! This isn't the end!"
"Doctor, please don't do this here..."
"You'll suffer for the rest of your life, more than Seol-ah did! Wait for it! Haha! Haha! Haha!"
My brother's laughter was filled with sadness.
I shivered at the sound.
It was sincere.
My brother truly loved Seol-ah.
The person he loved was found as a cripple.
And I was the one who made her that way.
All my strength faded.
Everything was over.
My plan for a perfect crime, which I had dreamed of for 20 years, collapsed.
Even if my words were true, no one would listen.
The truth was that the person my brother loved was crippled.
That was the truth, and my words had no power.
"Is it true?"
The doctor asked me, holding a syringe.
I couldn't say anything; I just cried.
"Ah..."
The syringe was inserted into my body, mainly into my shoulders and thighs.
Soon, my entire body began to lose sensation.
"Usually, limb amputation surgeries are performed under general anesthesia, but your owner requested partial anesthesia."
The doctor stopped explaining as he saw my half-conscious face.
He began administering anesthesia all over my body.
I thought I wouldn't be caught.
I had said she would be sold abroad because of her mixed heritage.
Why...?
Why was she still in this country?
And how did my brother find her?
Maybe...maybe my brother had been searching for my sister for 20 years?
Ah...
I underestimated my brother.
Yes, he did.
He always achieved what he wanted, no matter how long it took.
My sister was no exception.
He would find her, no matter where she was in the world.
I foolishly thought my brother would give up.
This is my punishment.
My brother is punishing me by making me watch as my limbs are cut off.
Ahhhh!
"Be prepared for some shock. It might be better if you lose consciousness."
The electric saw started to operate.
