"Aaah... Aaah... Aaah...!!"
It hurts.
It hurts so much...
It feels like I'm going to die...
The manager isn't doing anything, yet the pain from the stretched anus persists.
"Khkhkhkhk!!"
Heo Seong-ah felt her sphincter tearing in real-time.
"Khkhkhkhk!!"
She contorted her limbs in agony, trying to shake off the pain. If such movements could alleviate the pain, anesthesia wouldn't exist.
"Aaah... Aaah... Aaah...!!"
"B62, does it hurt that much?"
Is that even a question? The hole is at least three times larger than usual. The manager's tone was clearly mocking.
Heo Seong-ah felt hatred every time the manager spoke like that, but she couldn't resist as a female beast.
"Please endure the pain. I'll wait until you get used to it."
"I'll try..."
Though she doubted she could ever get used to this pain, after some time, it gradually subsided, feeling almost like a lie.
"Is it done now?"
"Khkhkhkhk..."
Heo Seong-ah drooled through the dildo mask, silently arching her back and swallowing her tears. The manager applied a drug to her open anus with a latex-gloved hand.
"Haaah..."
He meticulously applied the drug to every part of the anal opening, the twitching anal folds, and the internal mucosa. As the drug dried, he reapplied it, repeating the process.
"Huuu..."
The manager continued without time constraints. Eventually, the inflamed mucosa began to twitch on its own, as if seeking stimulation.
As Heo Seong-ah relaxed and contracted her sphincter, she felt intense pleasure in her uterus, causing her body to convulse.
"Haaah..."
Even though she was already a well-developed anal vagina, the manager continued to apply the drug. Finally, he poured it directly into the hole.
"Haaah..."
He waited until the drug was fully absorbed. Then, without warning, he poked the area around her anus with his index finger.
"Khkhkhkhk!!"
Heo Seong-ah convulsed severely from the slight stimulation, feeling like she was on the verge of climax. She realized her anus had changed in a strange way.
"This is just the beginning. The next part might hurt a bit."
"Khkhkhkhk..."
The manager brought out a strange leather bag containing numerous 5 ml syringes filled with an orange liquid.
He injected one into the twitching mucosa inside the hole.
"Huuuuh...!"
"Please endure the pain. It's all for B62's benefit."
"Huuuuh...!"
The sharp needle caused unfamiliar pain, which couldn't be mistaken for pleasure. Even with the drug, the increased sensitivity made the pain twice as intense.
"Khkhkhkhk!!"
Heo Seong-ah let out a comical scream, twisting her waist. The injected liquid caused the area to swell like freshly baked bread, forming a bulge inside her intestines.
"No allergic reaction, good."
"Huuuuh..."
This artificial procedure would enhance sensitivity and provide pleasure for the rest of her life.
"We'll continue. Please endure the pain."
"Uuuuuh...!!"
It was like a Botox injection, but instead of being in the face, it was in the anus. Heo Seong-ah had heard of vaginal Botox for better sex life, but never about internal Botox.
"Khkhkhkhk!!"
The manager continued, undeterred by her screams. This was an essential part of the modification process.
"Khkhkhkhk!!"
Despite her agonized cries, the manager hastened the injections. The mixture of saliva and tears in her mouth foamed like bubbles. Without the dildo mask, she might have torn her throat or bled.
"Khkhkhkhk!!"
In just over 10 minutes, Heo Seong-ah received hundreds of injections, causing her mucosa to swell significantly. Despite the device holding her anus open, the internal flesh was obscured by silicone nodules.
"Haha."
The manager laughed, pleased with the transformation of Heo Seong-ah's anus into a perfect vagina-like structure. Modifying a human body solely to please men was incredibly enjoyable.
"So..."
Creating hundreds of nodules inside her to make her anus feel like a penis sleeve was effective. However, the silicone fillings reduced sensitivity. Yet, Heo Seong-ah's reactions suggested otherwise.
The manager inserted a drug-coated finger into her anus.
"Khkhkhkhk!!"
Contrary to expectations, Heo Seong-ah seemed to feel more sensation than before, arching her back and convulsing. Her body had become sensitive enough to feel pleasure from even a thin finger.
"That's good, B62. You have an excellent anus now."
"Haaah..."
The manager was surprised by the excellent results. Heo Seong-ah's future owner would surely be pleased.
She had become a body that could be loved more by her owner...
Should she be happy or sad? Heo Seong-ah didn't know, but she tried to distract herself from the sensations in her buttocks.
The silicone nodules inside made her feel like something was blocked, similar to constipation.
When she tensed her sphincter, the pleasure spread beyond her intestines to her uterus and vagina, an involuntary physical response.
"Khkhkhkhk..."
The thought of living with this body for the rest of her life was terrifying.
"Then, the anal modification is complete. I'll remove the device."
Normally, she would undergo extensive training to enhance the sensitivity of her anal vagina and become addicted to the pleasure. However, Heo Seong-ah had naturally developed this sensitivity without such training.
In every aspect, she seemed like a genius as a female beast.
Click, click—
"Haaah..."
The manager slowly removed the device that had kept her anus open. As the device was withdrawn, her anus returned to its original state.
"It's good that you're healthy, B62. Next time, I'd like to completely tear your sphincter."
"Huuuuh..."
The manager removed the dildo mask from Heo Seong-ah's mouth.
"Uuuuuh...!"
The sensation of her mouth closing was still unfamiliar. Heo Seong-ah breathed deeply, swallowing her groan.
During this time, the manager removed her restraints and helped her sit comfortably in a chair.
"Rest for a while."
"Yes... Yes..."
Hard work followed by happiness, a classic carrot and stick approach. Unfortunately, this rest wouldn't last long.
"This looks good."
Rattle, rattle—
The manager selected various tools from the shelf and returned with a box.
"B62, please choose a number from 1 to 10."
"Yes...?"
"Please choose carefully. It will be your lifelong companion."
Heo Seong-ah was faced with a terrifying choice, unsure of what the manager meant.
