As soon as I returned to the royal palace, I was summoned.
It was a summons from the princess.
A servant even came personally to guide me, saying it was an important matter.
‘Maybe she wants to give me a reward.’
It’s hard to understand why a soldier would be summoned for personal reasons.
To others, it would seem suspicious.
But if there’s a clear reason, it’s a different story.
"This matter is to be conducted in secret, so do not speak of it, soldier."
"Understood. But… where are we going?"
The attendant looked around.
He clearly disliked the idea of anyone overhearing.
"Since you’re going to meet the princess… some explanation is necessary. You might accidentally be rude."
Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible.
I’d already committed nearly every rudeness possible.
The naive attendant spoke in a low voice.
"The princess intends to give you a special role from now on."
"A special role?"
For a moment, I thought of our nights together.
But there’s no way the attendant knew about that.
"I can’t really guess what that would be."
"That’s surprising. I guess it’s not time for her to explain yet…"
"...?"
"I heard you’re a soldier specially trained by the Captain of the Guard and the princess. I never noticed anything before."
This was news to me.
Just days ago, I was an ordinary patrolman.
There was no secret origin I didn’t know about.
‘This must be a story the princess made up.’
There’s no way Bella helped with this.
She was probably taken in by the princess’s clever words.
"Is this related to where we’re going?"
"Yes. After this mission’s success, the princess has decided to trust you."
"Feels like something difficult is waiting for me."
"The princess has decided to appoint you as a knight."
"What…?"
The attendant nodded as if my surprise was expected.
"Mm. It’s understandable. Even with special training, it’s sudden to become a knight."
"Was this really such a big incident?"
I hadn’t expected it to be this major.
The real fighting was done by Bella, the Captain of the Guard.
I was just an advisor from the start.
‘Normally, the higher rank gets all the credit in these cases.’
Things were turning strange.
The attendant’s gaze was odd, too.
He didn’t look at me like a regular soldier.
I was just a soldier suddenly getting promoted.
"Of course. The princess herself told me. She said they couldn’t have caught Kabache without you."
"The princess said that herself?"
"The Captain of the Guard also testified. No need to be so modest. I’ve heard how it all happened."
There’s no way they know the truth.
The princess must have subtly led the story.
Bella, unable to tell the truth, must have gone along with it.
‘I can picture it clearly.’
All the credit had been shifted to me, thanks to the princess’s scheme.
There was no other explanation.
"Ah… I see."
"I suppose you haven’t heard about joining the Guard?"
"The Guard…?"
"It’s so you can continue to serve. The Captain will give you as much freedom as possible."
I quietly followed the attendant.
It was better he didn’t know how lewd his mistress was.
"This is where the princess is waiting."
The attendant stopped in front of a luxurious door, radiating a sacred atmosphere.
Inside, all was still.
"From here, you go in alone. The princess and Captain should be preparing the ceremony."
"Understood."
"Well then…"
As he passed, the attendant patted my shoulder.
"Next time, you might outrank me. I’ll look forward to it."
His eyes were full of expectation and trust
something never shown to a mere soldier, especially by a high-ranking servant.
‘I really am being promoted. But the reason the princess is pushing me like this…’
It wasn’t just because I did a good job.
She definitely had another motive.
As I grabbed the doorknob, a strange feeling swept over me.
"You’re late."
The princess, elegantly dressed,
held a fine sword in her hand.
"I came as soon as I was summoned. But…"
Someone was missing.
Only the princess was present.
There was no sign of Bella.
"I don’t see the Captain. I heard she’d be here."
"She said she wasn’t feeling well, so I said I’d handle it alone."
"Still, is it okay to do the ceremony with just the two of us?"
"What more do you need than the lord and the one becoming a knight?"
The princess smiled playfully.
She probably left Bella out on purpose.
Maybe she hadn’t even told her.
"I never imagined I’d be promoted to knight like this."
"Does it matter? You’ve already proven yourself trustworthy, and you’ve earned plenty of merit."
Her smile grew more seductive.
There was nothing serious about this ceremony.
With a lovely face, she strode over to me.
"Kneel. We need to proceed with the ceremony."
"...Understood."
It was suspicious.
But I did as told, kneeling and looking up at the princess.
"Eldric, do you swear loyalty as a knight?"
"I swear."
"Will you endure any trial as a knight?"
"I will not be defeated by any trial."
It was a standard oath.
All I had to do was answer properly.
But the princess never stopped smiling.
"If your lord can’t control their lust, what will you do?"
"..."
The question changed abruptly.
Even when I stared in silence, the princess just waited for an answer.
She had no intention of changing or withdrawing it.
"I’ll have to take responsibility."
"Hmm… So you’re saying you’ll be a knight who takes responsibility for your lord’s desires?"
"If my lord wants it, I must. That’s what loyalty is."
I couldn’t help but smile, too.
A normal ceremony was impossible.
Especially since the princess had no intention of keeping it normal.
"But… that means you’re a little disqualified, aren’t you?"
"Hm?"
"You haven’t even become a knight yet, but you left me with all those memories of your scent and then neglected me."
Her expression was both mischievous and seductive.
I could tell instantly
she’d masturbated several times thinking of my scent.
"Before I knight you… I think you need a little punishment."
The princess set the sword down.
She clearly wasn’t going to just hand it over.
"What kind of punishment?"
"First, close your eyes. Then… you’ll know right away…♥"
There was a lewd playfulness in her tone.
Her expectant gaze tickled my desire.
With a pounding heart, I closed my eyes.
"Good…♥ Just wait there for a moment…"
Rustle. Rustle.
The sound of undressing came from right in front of me.
She was definitely making noise on purpose.
"Hmm… this goes like this…"
Time seemed to slow.
Probably because my heart was beating faster.
"Is it done yet?"
"Wait a little longer. You’re being punished for neglecting your lord, remember?"
"I thought you’d actually enjoy remembering my scent, princess."
"It’s not that I hated it… but you made me feel even hornier. You have to take responsibility…♥"
Her whisper came from right beside me.
Her sultry voice made my body twitch.
She clearly intended to tease me thoroughly.
‘She’s probably planning to get me back for what I did before.’
The wait was both short and long.
When the rustling stopped, the princess spoke.
"You can open your eyes now."
"Alright… huh…?!"
She was naked, not even wearing underwear.
On her head were dog ears.
She was crouched like a puppy.
"Princess… what’s with that look?"
"This is your trial…♥"
"Trial…?"
Crouched like that, our eyes were level.
Her gaze was full of mischief and lewdness.
"From now on, until I cum, you’re not allowed to pounce on me no matter what I do. If you can hold out, I’ll recognize you as a knight."
I’d expected her to get naked.
But I never imagined she’d seduce me like a puppy.
Looking at her now, I almost looked like the master.
"You look so tempting I want to jump on you right now."
"That’s why it’s a trial. Hold out. If you do…"
"...?"
"You might get a reward that suits this look…♥"
The princess slowly crawled toward me on all fours, just like a puppy.
