To say she didn’t want to be his girlfriend...
Jun-ha had somewhat expected it, but hearing such words directly from Heo Seong-ah left him deeply shocked.
It felt like being rejected after confessing his love twice.
X, who had been watching the scene, gave a wry smile at the boldness of the female livestock.
Female livestock are supposed to flatter their master and lift his mood.
Instead of flattery, she had said something that would obviously anger her master, so the result was as clear as day.
"Hey, Heo Seong-ah."
"Hhic..."
"What did I do so wrong?"
"Yes..?"
Jun-ha, eyes wide and voice nasal, trembled as he spoke.
Heo Seong-ah was startled to see him sniffling and crying.
"Ah... uh..."
Why was he crying all of a sudden?
She was the one who wanted to cry...
"Master..."
At a loss, she was speechless.
"I like you, Seong-ah. I’m not lying, I really like you. You know that, right? So why do you keep doing this!"
"Hhic..!"
She knew.
Heo Seong-ah, who had received his confession, knew better than anyone about him.
She knew he’d been watching her for a long time...
That he’d always secretly followed her, pretending it was a coincidence, looking for opportunities...
That he’d shown excessive kindness as his own way of expressing affection...
She knew it all.
She had pretended not to notice and played coy, but ever since orientation after entering college, she’d quickly realized that Jun-ha liked her.
He made it so obvious every day that even someone clueless would have figured it out.
"I always liked you... so why did you always treat me like that..."
All the pent-up resentment burst out, and Jun-ha sobbed, biting his lip so hard he could barely speak.
"Master..."
Heo Seong-ah felt she should comfort him somehow and reached out her hand.
She tried to pull him into a hug and pat his back, but Jun-ha, his pride wounded, pushed her away.
"Why do you reject my confession? Why won’t you accept my feelings! Huh?!"
"Th-that... Master..."
She had a lot she wanted to say, but remained silent.
No matter what she said, it wouldn’t improve his mood.
"Why!!! Why are you only like this to me, damn it!!"
"Hhic..!"
Jun-ha vented his anger by grabbing and throwing whatever he could get his hands on.
That violent temperament was one reason she rejected him, but there was a more fundamental cause.
Simply put...
She just didn’t like "Kim Jun-ha" as a person.
He wasn’t good-looking, didn’t have a nice body, and had poor social relationships.
He was stubborn like a child and always had a negative mindset.
All he had was the confidence that came from riding on his parents’ reputation.
His only boast was being born with a "golden spoon" in his mouth.
If Heo Seong-ah were a woman who only cared about money, she could have shamelessly enjoyed a happy campus life with Jun-ha.
But she had a clear philosophy about her own life, planning to marry her ideal man and start a family before thirty.
She had the looks and ability to make that dream a reality-if only "Kim Jun-ha" hadn’t appeared as a variable, she could have lived the future she wanted.
So...
Even after losing her human status and becoming female livestock, she still couldn’t feel "love" for Jun-ha.
As long as their relationship was one of domination and power, it was impossible.
"Master..."
This wasn’t love.
It was a twisted relationship of love and hate.
No matter how much brainwashing or drugs ate away at her mind, Heo Seong-ah’s firm conviction never changed.
"Why!! Why are you like this, damn it!!"
Jun-ha stomped his feet in genuine frustration, as if he really didn’t understand.
He made no effort to overcome his own shortcomings, instead expressing anger at Heo Seong-ah for not listening and rebelling.
"Hoo... hoooo..."
His face red with anger, Jun-ha took a deep breath and tried to calm himself.
"Hoo, fine. If you don’t have feelings for me, I have my own way."
"Master..?"
"You said it yourself, didn’t you? That all the punishments I give you come from love."
Sensing instinctively that something was wrong, Heo Seong-ah shivered down to her spine.
Whenever she felt this kind of chill, it was always after it was too late to turn back.
"I’ll break you down so you can’t think of anything but me... I’ll destroy your body and mind completely."
"Hhic..! M-master... not that..."
"Shut up. It’s already decided."
Jun-ha smiled through his tear-stained face.
His already unattractive face twisted even more grotesquely.
"I’ll show you that I’m the only one who gives you love."
"Hhuu... Master..."
"Don’t worry. No matter how broken you get, I’ll always be watching only you."
"Hhic..!"
With a gentle touch, Jun-ha stroked her cheek and curled his lips into a creepy smile.
It was a face that always sent chills down her spine.
"Every time you look at me, you make that scared face... I really don’t get why you’re so rebellious."
"Hhuu..."
Who could understand a woman’s complicated feelings?
Unable to win her heart by any means, Jun-ha decided to show no more mercy.
"Sigh... How much time is left?"
Regaining his composure, Jun-ha spoke to X, who had been standing by.
X checked the stopwatch, which had long since run out and was showing [00:00:00].
"Hmm... Time’s up, but I’ll give you a bonus of 10 extra hits as a service."
"Thank you."
He might get scolded by his boss for offering such an extra, but... well, he could just ignore it.
Such an entertaining spectacle was hard to come by, even for money.
"Hoo, Seong-ah."
"Yes, Master..."
"They say it’s the last 10 hits. You heard that, right?"
"Yes..."
Ten extra punishments.
It might be the highlight that closes out today.
"Where do you want to be hit, Seong-ah?"
"Huh..?"
"I’ll hit each spot you name once. You can pick the same spot multiple times, or all different ones. What will it be?"
Back to his usual self, Jun-ha playfully teased Heo Seong-ah’s mind.
"Ah... ah..."
The reason for giving her a choice.
The reason he smiled as if enjoying himself.
No matter what she chose, it was all fun for Jun-ha.
Realizing she was at a clear disadvantage, Heo Seong-ah mumbled with a teary face.
"Ah... hhic..! Master..."
As always, "not being hit" wasn’t an option.
No matter which body part or how many times, she had to endure all 10 blows-the moment a cruel punishment began.
"Well? Hurry up and pick."
"Um... Master... please do as you want..."
Heo Seong-ah thought this was the model answer.
She thought deciding her own punishment was arrogant, but Jun-ha sighed in disappointment at her answer.
"Sigh... Seong-ah, I told you to pick where to be hit. Why are you leaving it to me?"
"But, Master..! I’m fine with anywhere! Really, whatever you want is fine!"
"Do you really mean that?"
"Yes..!"
"You’ll regret it, you know?"
"Huh..?"
Jun-ha turned to X and gestured.
"Do you have a concave spanking tool, like a hammer?"
"Yes, sir. But it’s so thick and powerful, it’s more of a torture tool than a spanking tool..."
"Hmm, sounds good."
The first spot he pointed to was Heo Seong-ah’s right eye.
"Use that and hit this bitch’s right eye once."
"Excuse me?"
X’s eyes went wide, the whites showing.
Hitting someone’s eye with such a tool would certainly burst the eyeball and cause blindness.
Even if it didn’t burst, a serious injury was guaranteed.
"Sir... if you do that..."
"I know."
Nodding as if this was what he wanted, Jun-ha moved his outstretched hand slightly to the side.
"After you destroy the right eye, hit the left eye."
"Yes, I’ll do that, sir."
"Hhic..!"
Just 2 out of 10 hits.
In about 5 seconds, Heo Seong-ah would lose her sight.
"After bursting the eyes... do you have a pointed spanking tool?"
Picturing something like an ice pick, Jun-ha smirked at his own words, realizing even he knew how monstrous such a request was.
