Distributing Exclusive Telelibrary Sessions
🕑 Added 2021-03-23 17:25:27 +0000 UTCPer tier benefits and User requests, I'll be adding some exclusive sessions, reserved for Patrons at my two highest tiers. I'll make sure there's at least 1 session/month for every 5 folks at these tiers (6 would unlock 2 sessions, etc.), so you should always be looking at ~ 1/5 odds, which is currently a hair better than the ~18 times released to 350+ people every two weeks.
I have thoughts on how best to distribute the exclusive sessions, but would love to get input from the people who are accessing them!
This poll will be open to anyone from the $12 and $40 levels.

Hey folks, Thank you all so much for your input! Collectively, you've made it clear that a) you are individuals with your own individual thoughts and b) most of those individual thoughts are the same or similar Lottery over mad scramble was the clear preference, with weight towards people who haven't had a chance lately. As such, last week I ran my favorite random number generator to pick from the shortlist and sent out times for this month (slow-clickers will be glad to know that the last of those people finally selected their time this week - consider this booking experience to be MUCH more relaxed than normal). Those selected for April will not be in consideration for next month. Question for the group - how long do we want someone who wins to be out of consideration? Some of you suggested "until everyone else gets a turn" (which would be essentially 5 months). Does that feel right? Or perhaps something in the middle, such as 2-3 cycles?

Same. I’m surprisingly great at fighting 350+ people, but there’s no way I can face off at most 25 for a lot less spots.

I like the lottery idea, with perhaps a weight towards people who haven't won recently, so that it gets mixed up a bit.
