Preach girl, I had to learn the same lesson. What got me out of a self destructive cycle that almost finished me was realizing my body was just my consciousness’s vessel, and my body didn’t deserve to feel what it was being put through due to turmoil in my soul. I had to think of food as fuel, and I had to rediscover my worth within my soul, and once I did I got better <3 ANOTHER THING THAT HELPED was looking at renaissance era paintings and sculptures of women, look at how gorgeous they were, how they’re plush and have that lovely fluff about them, and think that some of the greatest artist in history would look at our plush bodies and wish to immortalize our beauty within their art <3

I was bullied a LOT when I was younger for being chubby, to the point where I went drastically to the other end of that spectrum to put it lightly, I absolutely understand the underlying sense of worry and anxiety and sometimes even dread regarding what our bodies look like. Now that I’ve recovered I’m nicely plush I reckon, society sucks, body types and shapes and sizes are not trends, all that matters is health and happiness seriously, and seriously Aushen you look a hundred percent fine, I wish I could give you my set of eyes, cause our own eyes tend to betray us when looking into our reflection, so you can see how absolutely adorable and entirely fine you look sweet boy <3 THIS LOWKEY GOES TO EVERYONE BY THE WAY, ALL OF YOU ARE GORGEOUS JUST THE WAY YOU ARE <3
