I am not saying the money charge is lost, I am saying the change at "start of month" can scare / confuse people as compared issued at the "end of month" - that's that. You did warn of the change coming, yes ... but I still got a jump-scare when I can't find my old tier, I was hoping to see a post like "I'm deleting this-n-that tier in 24hrs, please edit and re-pledge". ... but everything is fine now, I guess - please check my new pledge in case it messed up.

hi frank the pledge that charge this month is May Reward. not June reward. This change is start in June So I warn Patreon more than three week and before I post a first work of June batch. I think it's fair for everyone.

You deleted the tiers without a warning before-hand, I had to re-pledge because the tier I was on got deleted. The bad thing is ... instead making the change at the end of month, you did it at the start of month when the pledge money is already taken.
