New Dedicated Server for GAW/TNN!

So it's no secret that we had been suffering some bad rubberbanding and lag issues over the last month or so, and I'm happy to report that we've been able to solve the issue! We've migrated GAW off of a shared VPS and chose a new provider that could get us dedicated instances for an affordable price, and while we're still working out some of the kinks we're seeing massive improvements. Tonight we saw player counts in the high 30's on GAW without any issues whatsoever!
We'll soon be moving TNN over as well once we've situated our billing with the new company , and we expect to see the same improvements there too.
