On the 29th October : 172.2 kg / 380 lbs
On the 9th November : 176.0 kg / 389 lbs
It's a 4 kg / 9 lbs gain in just 12 days. It's not my fastest gain in the shortest time but I'm quite proud of the progress! I can't wait to gain even more, reaching my highest : 185 kg / 409 lbs, and more!
Of course, I'm very grateful for your help in my gaining journey!
