Got questions/comments for geoff? YOU could be in a video!
🕑 Added 2017-02-04 06:45:07 +0000 UTC I'm currently working on a supplementary video to tide you guys over while I work on some more analytical stuff, and I need your help with it. Sort of. The video's a commentiquette-esque response to comments on my last few videos, containing corrections for errors and other such stuff. But I also want to answer some of your questions while I'm at it! Because I think that would be fun and I... probably will need to pad the running time a bit. So if you guys have anything you've been dying to ask me (as opposed to the whole weebcast crew), here's the place to do it.

I got a question about a season of anime. So Level-5 who are a video game company also make anime from their own franchise and usually a season of anime is 13 episodes but Level-5 had series which extend past that with a few lasting to 50 or probably somewhere to a 100. There are also other series not connected to the company which have more episodes in a season past 13, so why do some anime series have 13 episodes while others have a 100 in their seasons?

I would love to know how you got into anime. Also: sandwich preference.

At what point did you realiase that your passion for anime exceeded that of your passion for video-games and video-game development? (Well I'm assuming you are more passionate about anime since its the main focus of your channel)

I'm really interested in learning whether you have any passion for writing stories of your own. If so, I'd love to know what genre

What are a couple of your favorite melodramatic romance anime (eg. Clannad, ef, Golden Time, etc.)? As somewhat of a connoisseur, I will probably judge you.

What do you think about collaboration works between Western and Japanese animation studios? We've seen that some Japanese studios are willing to work with Western companies, such as Lab Zero managing to get Studio Trigger to work on Indivisible's opening cinematic. Do you think there's potential for Western and Japanese studios to collaborate on larger products (such as a complete anime series) in the future?

When will you finally accept my love B-BAKA?!

1) Is there any anime you would trust to become a live action movie and succeed. 2) Would you ever consider throwing out different anime ideas that you'd want to see? Personally, I'd like a harem where a main protagonist first girl friend died two years prior making him sulk, but because the girl friend was actually very social, her friends who grew up with them try to make him feel better and eventually fall for him because he is actually a good guy. Since it goes from a first to a second girlfriend, maybe a high school to college setting as a setting.

What was your inspiration for making the first 'What's in an OP - Baccano! vs. Durarara!!' video?

You recently mentioned the Twin Star Exorcists openings were pretty cool on twitter. Are you considering making a video on them? That third opening in particular is pretty crazy and I'd like to hear your thoughts/interpretation of it.

A few quick questions: 1. Do you prefer anime OPs that are just one theme with multiple variations or ones with multiple theme songs (ex. GaoGaiGar's theme vs all the One Piece songs)? 2Have you ever watched Tekkaman Blade/Teknoman, and if so, do you regret not including it in your "5 Underrated Sci-fi Anime" video? 3. Is Detroit Metal City the most metal anime ever to come out the pits of Hell? 4. WHEN'S SAO PROGRESSIVE?????

How did you get your start on youtube? Were you friends with Digibro, Takahata101 and Best Friend's Play before or after? What's more important, consintant uploads, or quality videos? How do you choose what to analyze?

What do you think defines a good protagonist? Like what makes a protagonist a well written character? Also if you (and yazzy) were in a persona game what would your arcana be and persona? Ps: I think I owe you pizza.
