On Gender Neutral Audios

I was going through my exit surveys to see the areas in which I can improve on and I came across one that genuinely hurt me, which prompted this post.
Not to get too into it, the former patron that posted it stated that for them, it's rather harmful to listen to audios in a series that had been labeled as "F4A" then later on was changed to "F4M" as it inadvertently "encouraged" gender dysphoria for them.
If you are reading this, please accept my most sincerest apologies on this matter. I don't have any excuses or explanations I can offer to try and mitigate the harm I caused and I'm really sorry. The only thing I can offer now is a promise that it won't happen again.
It's rather difficult for me to read this person's criticism and in the same breath, see a myriad of comments telling me to stop making "F4A" audios as there's no such thing as a "4A" demographic/gender, which can not be further from the truth. However, that's not an excuse.
Going forward, I will be more mindful on tags implying gendered listeners, especially if those tags are part of a running series with the same listener character. I take full responsibility for this indiscretion and I appreciate the feedback/criticism.

Nobody’s perfect and everyone makes mistakes. It is entirely ok to have accidentally done this, you did the best thing you could’ve done here which was to apologize and take responsibility. We know that you are trying your best to make everyone happy, even when everyone has different feelings and different beliefs. It is perfectly fine to make an honest mistake every so often, so don’t beat yourself up about it too much, you’re doing a great job.

I understand your point, but it was still an unnecessary oversight on my part. Although my audios aren't too gendered (even the ones that are), there are still some where you can tell based on blatant statements or subtleties. I would rather take responsibility for an oversight as opposed to brush it off like it's not a big deal when it has blatantly caused someone harm, but your kind words mean a lot, so thank you <3

I don’t know if it’s ok for me to say this, but this shouldn’t be an issue and you shouldn’t feel responsible. I’ve listened to these audios and you’ve made sure to use gender neutral words when describing us the viewer even with the 4M which you cannot even tell is for make when listening. You’re doing a good job don’t worry about having to watch where you step
