Office Update

Hope you’re doing well. If you follow me on Twitter then you may know a little bit about what’s happening in regards to content and living situations, but since I like you all so much, I thought I’d give a more in depth update + timeline of events, just so we can all commiserate on the sheer incompetence of the situation.
Back in November, I had to move out of my house because it was undergoing renovations and the whole process took a lot longer than expected. I finally moved back in this week and it’s been a slow process, due to my living in the space on my own.
During renovations, I found out that our basement was going to be compeltely gutted and rooms will be added, which had me incredibly excited because that meant I was able to have an office space! I planned the whole thing, figuring out ways to make it voice acting and filming friendly as I did promise you all IRL videos. We bought the furniture and materials needed to make that happen, but when we went to sort out the space yesterday, we found a gaping crevice in the ground, covered in black mold.
I’m sure I don’t need to explain why that’s so incredibly dangerous. On top of that, everyone around me KNEW I wanted to work down there, but simply didn’t bother to tell me about the giant hole in the ground, or the black mold infesting it.
So, needless to say, the office situation has been put on hold, which means filming will also be put on hold 😭😭😭 I’m really sorry about the delay.
I feel sort of silly complaining about this as I’m lucky enough to have a roof over my head and food on the table. It’s just frustrating not getting what you paid for (for me and for you).

Sucks that that situation happened to you. I've been lucky as a homeowner (now renting it out) to not have many issues, though the issues I've had during the years being at least mildly annoying. Hopefully you found the only issue preventing you from that long awaited office.
