I'm so sorry for your issue. Don't fear a CAT scan. I've done so many. But also, as a pharmacist your Dr can prescribe something to keep you calm. But I pray your ear improves with just antibiotics. All of us are with you backing you up!! Love you!

I had multiple ear infections as a kid, plus I still to this day have clicking noises in my ear every time I swallow. I’m sure with the medical advances they have today you’ll be alright. Good thoughts!

Hope things clear-up for you very soon. I’ve dealt with ear issues all my life so I sympathize. Have you thought about using bone-conducting headphones as a temporary alternative? They would probably require less cleaning since they don’t cover the ear and may not pound as hard on the eardrum.

I hope they get everything fixed with your inner ear problem brother. I have to have a CT scan every 6 months on my lungs so if I were you I wouldn't worry about the scan so much. Unless you have to do it over and over again you shouldn't get much exposure. Hope everything works out in the end. Peace!

Man that infection got you good. If doc does have to go into your face to drain the abcess, just tell folks the scar is from a knife fight in Detroit. ❤️ Get well soon!
