Jimmy, remember the season 3 finale was a Jack centric, so it hasn't been THAT long. The Jack/Locke dynamic is so great that even though Locke is dead, there's still something so mystical and intriguing happening between them.

"I wish you had believed me" is the sh*ttiest guilt trip to lay on someone in a suicide note. I hated Locke a little bit for that.
The Jack- Locke dynamic is one of the best things about this show and it's just heartbreaking seeing Locke put "I wish you had believed me." Jack starting to feel the guilt of his actions.
