🕑 Added 2019-10-27 17:30:37 +0000 UTCI had this idea for full size body invasion and I just knew SeekGR would be the artist for the job! I really enjoyed his "Warriors of Skyrim" series, and have been wanting to get a comm for awhile now. I'm really happy with how this turned out!
A (perhaps not very good) necromancer is performing a reanimation ritual, hoping to revive the corpse of an ancient, powerful mage so that she can learn long forgotten magic. The spell works, but the mage is very nonplussed about being a mere skeleton. It seems the necro should have used a more powerful spell that would have restored the flesh too.
Fortunately the mage is powerful enough to remedy the situation by taking a new body, but unfortunately for the necromancer woman, her's is the only suitable one in the crypt! Guess she should have at least brought an underling with her.
The concept is somewhat similar to my piece "Welcome Home", but with the main character being somewhat responsible for their outcome, and turnabout being a major component.
