Curated list or full watch through? That's your call, man. Are you enjoying it enough where you can power through some of the less pivotal arcs? If so, a full viewing is always preferable if all things are equal. But if you find it tough and might fall behind out of lack of interest or if you're just not ENJOYING it, then a highlight reel may be the better way to go for you. I'm here for it, whatever the choice.

The series as a whole has a lot of great story arcs, ones that need to seen in their entirety. So I would agree that watching the Clone Wars all the way through is the best.

Just do the important arcs, it will take you a long long time otherwise and not every episode in this series is worth it. You could always come back after you’re done
