That guy you recognized the funeral home owner wasn't on deadwood he was Bernard on lost. Its crazy how evil he was compared to lost where he is basically a teddy bear.

The silliness is one of my favourite parts, and it has its origins in the source material as well. They do drama as good as anyone, but they can also be hammy and funny just as well. There is a particular section of dialogue in this season during a serious moment that is really hilarious. I won't get more specific than that.
