I am glad it finally one a poll! I actually very much value this film and respect the creative structure. It moves me every time I watch. Was not like Outbreak, with the high drama, but Contagion…not clinical per se, but a focused style take on an a pandemic. If you didn’t enjoy that creative bent, Outbreak is definitely more emotive.

"Take Kate Winslet away from me halfway through the movie... what are you an asshole?" Hehe. Agreed. Both Kate Winslet's character and Dr. Hextall (the doc who injects herself with the "vaccine") are fucking badasses in this. Big Short/Margin Call without the "zest"... dang... that's a pretty good description!
