I would love to see you watch the pilot of Evil (2019). It's a show about assessors for the Catholic church who investigate supposed possessions/miracles and determine whether they're real. It stars Mike Colter (Luke Cage), Katja Herbers (MIB's daughter from Westworld), and the great Michael Emerson who is terrifying and hilarious as the main villain of the show (shades of Ben Linus). The Queen's Gambit (2020), Squid Game (2021) and Andor (2022) are all excellent short shows that I would love to see you watch, but I also know they've had PLENTY of reactions, so I understand if you'd rather prioritize less mainstream stuff. Finally, I'll throw season 1 of The Terror (2018) out there. A really well-done dramatization of the Franklin Expedition, with a supernatural twist. Lots of competence porn in that one, and a roster of iconic British actors including Jared Harris, Tobias Menzies, Ian Hart, and Ciaran Hinds.

Just When I Thought I Was Out...

All shorter shows... Industry-You've been watching a lot of great but "tough watches" I would say. This is just so fun, mix of Succession & Euphoria but more of a vibes HBO show. It is thrilling, timely, ridiculous, and just a really great watch overall, so entertaining. ZeroZeroZero- Incredible multi country drug drama, Narcos on steroids. Fantastic Station 11- Post Pandemic show but but more hopeful instead of dark Atlanta- Black Surrealism Taboo-Tom Hardy grunts around and intimidates in the 1800s The North Water- Colin Farrell grunts around and intimidates in the 1800s American Vandal-Funny and surprisingly engaging The Patient- The Americans creators, half hour long episodes Mare of Eastown- Kate Winslet a detective Andor-It's very good Winning Time- Entertaining Lakers 80s and the basketball isn't bad Tokyo Vice-HBO Michael Mann style Yakuza adjacent show

The Last Kingdom. I have to ask- Did you watch the entire show or just a couple of seasons? I'm not sure because it's quite unbelievable to me that you didn't include any characters in your top 75, unless you have not seen the whole thing. Maybe you did and you just didn't like anyone that much, but that just seems really unlikely. 😂 It's really THE show I'm most interested to see anyone react to.

Inside No. 9 I'm not sure if it's been suggested before, but it's an anthology show so even if you only watch one episode it doesn't matter too much. Also the episodes are only like 30 minutes long so it's nice and short.
