In the states we presume innocence until proved guilty. Innocence is the default, it doesn't have to be proven.

To be honest... If I were him I wouldn't want to come back. They fired him without evidence, based on accusations alone. It's disrespectful. It happened to a lot of male actors. But just like Johnny Depp said he would never come back to Disney, after they fired him without any evidence - he should do the same.

Idk if you are updated or care about it but Justin charges where dropped and he was not convicted so he becomes another male actor falsely accused and dropped by everything. Hope they let him back in to rick and morty!
