Tough competition this month, a lot of worthy contenders. I do hope Doctor Sleep gets over the line, despite however polarizing the Kubrick adaptation is, I really enjoyed the sequel.

I don't get your point.. He has to watch it, so he can watch the sequel. 🤨🤔 Also.. as great as it is, the sequel borrows a lot from the original, some of the scenes,characters, Story, music etc. It wouldn't be nearly as great without the original! And even if it doesn't win this time, it's gonna win eventually.
