So that was part of the idea behind this one - that for the standing woman it's just business - she's just doing what she needs to do to keep her staff motivated. But agreed there should be some more differences in the second panel. I've updated it now π

So I love this position. My problem is with their expressions. The standing woman has none at all. She could be thinking abt the weekly fact sheet for all the engagement she shows. The expression on the other woman is the same in both renders, which makes no sense. There is no emotion on either of their faces. Constructive criticism only.
