Fak, the tatoo'd handy man, is actually a very very very good chef. He is the main culinary consultant for the show. -Also, Pete, Sugar's husband, is a saint.

As someone who worked in the food industry this show hits different. Iβve never seen kitchen work depicted this authentically. They nail it so hard I get like ptsd flashbacks from some of the sequences, especially when it gets really hectic. This is like The Wire but for kitchens. Itβs so good at showing how this business really is while still having great characters. I love it.

The show gets better and better. The actor who plays Carmy is outstanding. I love the intensity of it and there is a ton of heart in the show that youβll see over time.
