Hey, welcome! The pledges are processed between 1st -3rd of each month. After that, I send the link to download that month's rewards via message to all my patrons (there's a dropdown menu on the top right side where you can find the messages you receive). Usually private messages notify the user by e-mail as well
Are you like sending packs then with all that stuff including high res pictures and work in progress files to the email? Im just new here, didnt understand how it system works. Thanks
