Oh this is absolutely glorious! As ever, the level of detail is stunning, in particular with her flowing, separated strands of hair and all of the little scrapes, dents, textures, grooves and indents on her pauldron, I love the feathers too and how the engravings across her breastplates are defined. Her face looks amazing too, I adore all of the textures there and how well her features are rendered, the glowing red eyes are a great touch too. Fantastic work on this portrait of the Dark Lady 😄

I thought about adding color to this type of portrait but it adds a new layer of complexity that strays away from the initial idea. I try to limit the time invested on them kinda to see what i can do in a set timeframe. And even on a rougher image, adding color still takes more time than intended =o

I like the portrait, the expression on her face, the pose, the eyes... Lord, these EYES! :o But still I guess, some more color or - for the probably intended dark atmosphere - simply more black and shadows could have been nice, too :)
