she's arcing her ribcage upwards while pushing the top down. Imagine that movement that you pump your chest up before holding your breath. which is why you can see the ribcage points on the side of her stomach (Maya is a bit more "meaty" than Iris so it usually doesn't show on her images) there's a bit of "bending the rules" in terms of position of arms in order to be able to show stuff and convey the idea that she's going a bit "barbarian" in how she's trying to squeeze the breasts in.

I cannot grab it fully but something is a bit off with maya. Her nipples are a bit too high?... i do NOT wish to criticize your work. not at all! i love it! BUT the shapes of her breasts here do not match mayas normal big breast. In the nsfw version they seem to be poiting upwards and a bit too high up for that situation. shouldn't they the pushed and pressed down in this case? just my thoughts! dont take them negatively, please =D your art IS pure beauty!
