I'm not overly attached to the style. It was more an experiment... based on the position of the charaters and wanting to convey what was going on. As far as more mild levels of stomach bulges like in the second image... If broader tastes are any indication you should probably carry on, only a very few of us will be disappointed. But this stuff is particularly difficult for those who favour realism.

Thank you for the feedback. It was not my intention to portray harm or injury. My interpretation is that it's a visual metaphor to represent the sense of 'fullness', fairly common in less realistic styles of illustration such as hentai.
