Quite honestly, the manga's art is exceptionally detailed. There's no way to animate it without an extremely high budget. Like Demon Slayer season 2 levels of budget.

Yea suiryu fight was also quite different in the manga, now that you watched these scenes you should compare it to the manga. One of the rare moments the manga some how ended up looking better and even had more action and movement than the anime
