Just as, if not even higher poly than Ada and practically unoptimizable due to all the details on the clothing, a broken face rig (fixed to be functional), a hole in the neck (not fixed because I noticed once I was done and I sure as hell am not spending another second working on this model), "fix" bones on body somehow linked to the face all of which makes me seriously doubt it's "original bones". Her body like Ada's is completely asymmetrical, to the point that her head isn't in the middle of the body... Strongly advise against using the model in animations (unless like Ada you find some poor soul willing to re-rig it)

Mh, I've fixed some face bones so her face is functional and mouth opens properly(ish). The maps are fucked, yeah, I ended up making new specular ones, though from what I can see, the maps should be fine but the .dds were not extracted properly, some seem like they were transparent and just flattened instead of fixing opacity and some missing transparency (like the chain which I ended up editing transparency into). Agree on being the best iteration, Ada looks, for a lack of better word, natural, and Claire actually looks 20 as she should.
Ah, kinda didn't expect you to do Claire because of all the problems with Ada. I myself spent a few days making a scene featuring a Claire foot-hack like the old days, and while the face posing is terrible, I ran into more problems with the materials than anything else. Specular maps creating shadows where they shouldn't be, and overall just a bunch of black textures on nearly every mesh part. Took so much editing between XPS and Blender to get it looking normal. It's a shame the models have so many problems because otherwise these are in my opinion the best iterations of Claire and Ada. Actually I never really cared for Ada until this remake (her face was kinda weird in RE6). And I still have a soft spot for Revelations 2 Claire, but this one has really grown on me. She's a total badass in her scenarios.
