Version 0.6 Update!
🕑 Added 2022-08-19 22:24:58 +0000 UTCHey guys, it's finally here!
First of all, I want to thank you all so much for your support! Can't stress enough how much I appreciate everyone checking on the project and looking forward to the update. When the going gets hard, there always seems to be someone around to pick me up. I really don't deserve you guys and I'm sorry for taking so long.
Besides being overwhelmed with my workload, the more time I put into the Hearth, the more my standards for it rise. So I hope that shows through with each update. All this to say that I hope you guys enjoy the update despite the huge setbacks in development time.
I keep saying this, but I'll do my best to get updates out quicker. I've put my heart and soul into the Hearth and will continue to do so.

A direct download on itch.io should be available later tonight as well. Now for some tidbits about the update.
Mira and Varsha share one of their events this time around, so don't be too alarmed if something seems wrong with their counts.
With this update, I've tried to implement some dynamics to the tips for character events. If all the conditions for an event have already been fulfilled, most tips will update to reflect that. This is still a work in progress, so let me know if you notice anything strange.
If your tips haven't updated properly when you load an up to date save, try speaking to Chelsey in the overworld and then check again. She should set things straight.
This time around, I've gone through some different hoops when it comes to handling both the audio and video, so please feel free to let me know if you notice any oddities.
I also made more use of sound effects this time around, so be sure to adjust your volume accordingly.
Simone has had her eyes changed a bit to look less like one character and more like another. The changes haven't been applied retroactively yet, so feel free to let me know if you dislike them.
The Codex is also here, albeit in a rather barebones state. Please don't mind the way it looks right now, it's a product of insanity. I'm not entirely sure how big I want it to end up so let me know if you'd like it expanded upon!
Along with the addition of the Codex, I've decided to change the spelling of 'asmodeian' to better fit the pronunciation. It became a bit of a bother on the eyes over time.
There were some additions that I've been working on that didn't quite make the cut this time around, such as polishing up the sandbox elements of the game, making more lewd scenes repeatable, and continuing to replace outdated graphics. I'll be looking to drop those soon, without a huge update tied to them.
That's all for now! Stay safe out there and let me know what you think of the update. Or feel free to discuss it on Discord!
