How about making it so that the first purchase gets you a small penis which can be upgraded to a bigger size for 500 lewds (just like milk and grass in heroine rumble).

Since i am into Futa i don´t care for the Price, i will pay anything xD
why not a route where you can get it cheap but then it takes X amount of days for it to grow or you can pay extra to speed up the process or get a stronger potion that makes it grow instantly?

I can't really judge the economy of the game in it's current state to answer properly, but for now I'd say cheaper is better.
How about equippable strapons? From the normal stuff to things like tentacle or dragon d*** shaped ones? ;P
