SR Versus Mode v4.151 - pins!

A smallish versus mode patch.
Added pins, same implementation as HR. Pin an opponent when their max HP reaches 0 to end the fight.
Also added a stat multiplier choice during character selection ranging from x1 stats to x2 stats for things like handicap fights.
Changelog:
- Fixed small and large size character snap into standard size when grabbing others
- Fixed pressing special key without associated dir input in grab does a grab release
- Fixed AI is able to switch into grab instantly and bypassing the min grab switch delay
- Fixed grab attacker not taking grab damage
- Added new back-dash that keeps character facing its target
- Added pins
- Added Stat multiplier choices, from x1 stats to x2 stats
