Rescuing Mechanic.

Added a "Rescuing" mechanic for BeatEmUp mode. Now you can free captives and maybe even receive a powerup as a symbol of their gratitude.

This is all I am doing for the BeatEmUp mode for now. (You can get it here if you want). Back to CATC. There is some bug related to the mission generation system that needs to be fixed.
