Some new outfits

Ok that is a bit of a lie. These outfits are not technically new but what is changed is that I have further modularized the outfit system. What was considered a single piece can now be separated into a base layer, and attachments. These two can be separated selected for greater customization possibilities.
For example, a coupe of "base layer" options:
And then in addition to the base layer, there is now a new Attachment tab that allows the selection of attachments independently from the base layer.
Furthermore, I did some work to support the possibility of having multiple outfits on the same EquipSlot. For example, currently there is a Attach Waist 1 and Attach Waist 2. They use the same pool of outfits that attaches to "ATTACH_WAIST" but they can be selected independently as well:
One more thing: new .breakoffThreshold parameter for Outfits so its possible to create a armor breaking off with different pieces falling off one by one as the outfit value goes down.
