Q: do you want to see this kind of effect in offensive attacks/ability as well? As in, magical temporary p**** to your opponents.

I think it's a good idea. Perhaps increase orgasim multiplier to affected female characters would go with the flow of things as well. As in if a female is under the pp spell have her take more orgasim damage.

i think the idea is more that you can use it on your opponent, which is less in your control, but i agree that making it optional would be best

Only issue I see is it makes a character's starting genitals lees meaningful. If you are happy with your character being a female, well, they night get turned futa. As long as this is somehow optional, even if it's removable via json, then it's a cool feature to have, Thank you.
