the recruits no longer appearing after matches seems to be a bug, i'm running into it too and it's fresh with this patch. the difficulty still being "advanced" is normal, that's currently the highest level. Advanced NPCs are level 24. If you want to challenge characters that pass that level your best bet for now is to send them against one of your own higher level characters in a custom match.

I max out Reputation and renown the exhibition does change to 8 matches but the difficulty it's still 'Advanced' is that normal? The Recruit didn't appear new character as well
