Heroine Rumble2 v0.311 - random_char_folder (hot)fix

Small hotfix build meant to fix the non-functional random_char_folder feature that was added in v0.31. Also did a bunch of QoL improvements and fixes for mods. Can skip this patch if those features don't interest you.
Changelog:
Optimized the player grab list UI by adding caching
Increased merchant inventory capacity to 40 (from 20)
Named the .exe to Heroine Rumble 2
Added icon to the .exe
Improved error messages when failing to load mod jsons
Fixed random_char_folder not working
Fixed dashing while grabbing opponent drains MP quickly without doing anything
Fixed AI can select a different grab during a grab transition -> single loop grab -> grab setup (only through mods)

HI, I have a question. Why can't I encounter the FUTA character in the early main storyline

I'm encountering a situation where most of the characters that get used from the random char folder have no moves at all, resulting in the AI being unable to use grabs with that character. Some have moves, but only 1-2. Is this an issue with the imported character simply not being given a move set in the first place? Or should the game have assigned them a random move set if one did not already exist?

Is there a cap on the number of random characters the game can handle? I have about 20 characters in there and it only seems to want to use the same 5-6.
