New Video Next Week
🕑 Added 2019-09-26 00:01:03 +0000 UTCJust a quick heads-up to say, although I'm due to have a video out today or tomorrow, it's actually not going to be up until next week. I essentially got a little carried away and so it's a bit of an epic. I think it's going to be around 30 minutes or so and, focussing on copyright and intellectual property, takes in a whole number of different subjects including politics, philosophy, art and aesthetics (it really does take in a range, one minute I'm talking about Katy Perry, the next I've moved onto Marx and then to Barthes). I hope you're gonna really like it.
My video-every-two-weeks model was kind of predicated on me making a ten or so minute video but such a long one obviously takes a lot longer to write (a little sneak peek above!), film and edit. I'm not planning on making a habit out of such long videos and aim to be back to 15 or so minute things when I come to cover poststructuralism (most probably...) next time round.
Hope that's okay with everyone, I think it's gonna be worth the wait...

Will look forward to hearing your thoughts on what I've put together! There ended up being a fair bit I couldn't cover (as ever!) but it's been a really interesting topic to dive into.

As a professional musician, I’m so excited to hear your take on this topic. In my opinion, the Dark Horse lawsuit was full of crap. I have a lot of thoughts about it all and I know watching your video will be enlightening! Thanks Tom!
