BTS: Filming Day for Propaganda Video!

Today, I’ve been filming my next video. I’ve still got to check through the footage properly (it’s just importing now!) but I’m pretty pleased with how the little set I put together worked out.
I’ll be taking it a bit easy tomorrow as it’s my birthday but then it’ll be full steam ahead editing for the rest of the week to get the video to you as soon as possible!

Thank you! I generally accept that, whatever my goal with a set-up, it will only look at best 75% of what I hoped. This, however, was pretty much what I was aiming for. Although, I did learn a couple of things about backlighting in the process which I'm hoping to make use of in my next video!

I mean - the video gave me a lot to think about, really really interesting, but I'm easily distracted and wow these shots look gorgeous!

I use a Canon M50. It's not a perfect camera by any means (for example, I've semi-recently switched to filming in 4K so that I can release my videos in 4K but the autofocus in 4K on this camera is TERRIBLE so I have to do it manually). It does the trick for the moment though and I'm reluctant to spend money on upgrading stuff unless I absolutely have to!
