I certainly felt foolish for thinking that Daddy would ever fall victim to Nyctos's charms, and tricks. Daddy didn't seem insulted at all, though. In fact, he thought it was quite adorable. He must have thought that pets like me and Princess weren't very smart. To be fair, we didn't have the benefit of hundreds of years of experience and knowledge under our belts. Well, at least I didn't.
When we got back to the nursery, Daddy had some news that relieved me.
"Well, little one, I think we'll have to forego taking away your brains until we train you to be a little less fussy."
I breathed a sigh of relief as he said this, glad that I wouldn't be humiliating myself without my full knowledge and awareness.
"But you are so cute crawling like that, we've got something very special from our market shopkeep. Custom made, just for you!"
I looked around. I didn't notice anything particularly different in the nursery.
"Laffy, Maffy, would you bring out the special mitts and booties?"
I watched as they brought out a special pair of pastel mittens and booties with what I recognized to be magnetic locking straps. I looked just like a secure fix set. Secure, and very soft. The sight of such soft, babyish booties and mitts instantly gave me a chubby in my diaper, and I happily stuck my hands out for the mitts, which were just as soft as they looked. The booties went on easily as well, and felt just as soft and comfy. The final magnetic lock clicked into place and I felt my chubby growing into a stiffy in my diaper as I felt that babyish feeling return. I was helpless. I couldn't take off my diaper even if it wasn't coded to resist my attempts at removing it.
In truth, the extra layer of protection didn't make much difference since the tapes wouldn't budge under my hand, but it still helped with the headspace. It was just like a Beringas - redundant security indeed.
"Well, go on sweetie. Try them out. Why don't you try walking around the nursery for us?" Daddy's whiskers went back as a big smile spread across his muzzle, and I looked at the two otters who couldn't help but giggle a bit. I wasn't that cute, was I?
I stood up to walk and immediately fell back down to my knees.
"Ow!"
"Awww, having trouble walking sweetie?" asked Daddy, with a sympathetic frown. "That's because you're a baby and babies can't walk!"
I looked at him as if I had been betrayed, but I realized now what they were. Spiked booties! They were something i had always fantasized about having on Earth but never had had the cash to buy. Now, I was stuck in them. Stuck in my mitts. Stuck in diapers and forced to use them! I began to whimper and rub the front of my diaper out of sheer horniness, only to be frustrated once again by the instantly hardening cage. Apparently even a layer of padding and hand padding were not enough to fool the cage - it knew exactly when I was trying to be naughty and stopped me in my tracks. I whined in frustration.
"Aww, I think somebody loves being a little baby boy, doesn't he?" asked Daddy.
I humphed and looked away, feigning disapproval, but I could feel my face burning red. Daddy had my number.
"Well, it's time to take you on another outing, little one, so no time to pout now. We've got you nice and snug in your mitts and booties, and now it's time to head back into space. Yes," he said, noting my shocked expression. "We've spent enough time relaxing at home. It's time to attend to some important business... back on Earth!"
