"Exactly," he says, unfazed. "And, oh look, more sweats. I do kind of like how those look on you but let's get you something more fun. Look, more Blarney themed ones, we have Baby Zany Toons, and Telly Tubblers! Which do you like?"
"None," I say, flatly, looking toward the Men's section with longing.
"What's wrong, can't decide? Why don't we grab all three. We can try them on and see what fits best!" After that, he grabs some more onesies, shorts, pants, shirts, some cloth shortalls, and even new cute socks. I wonder how we're paying for all this.
"I don't have the money to pay for all this Don- I mean... Big Bro..."
"Don't worry, kiddo. Mom and Dad gave me an allowance for both of us. I'll use your portion and some of mine too if needed."
"What?! They're giving you my money now?"
"They thought I'd be more responsible with it. By the way, I'm going to have to tell them about how you haven't been buying enough diapers. I'll probably have to ask for a bit more from them for the extra monthly expense."
"Aww, geez, bro. Do you really have to do this?"
"It's for your own good, buddy. Can't have you making piddles all over campus! Speaking of which, hold still."
"What are you doing!" I say, jumping back as he reaches for my sweatpants, but he's too quick. Before I know it, he has pulled my sweats down and is checking my diaper.
"Yup. A little damp," he says, pulling them back up. It's only a few seconds to check my diaper, but it feels way longer than that, and I am freaking out that I've been exposed to the whole store, but there aren't that many people around us. Then I turn around and see a wide eyed family standing right there, and they quickly scurry off after the initial shock wears off. I'm totally embarrassed now, but Donovan seems completely unfazed. "It's probably better that you're wet, to be honest. We want to be sure these clothes all fit you!"
We go into the fitting rooms, and the checker smirks as he sees the kiddish clothing. He looks like he goes to the same school as us, and sure enough, Donovan greets him like an old friend.
"Hey, dude! How is it going?" says the guy, slapping my bro's hand.
"Going great, JayJay! Just doing a little shopping with my little bro, Little Dicky. He needs some better clothes to fit over his diapers."
"His... diapers?" JayJay snickers as he says it and I try to hide behind my Big Bro. "I see... well, feel free to take the big changing room right there. There's a three-way mirror up here that he can pop out and see himself from every angle after he puts something on, too," he adds, clearly hoping to get a show.
That's exactly what my big bro gives him, insisting on dressing me himself and pulling me out after every item to model it in front of the mirrors.
"This is too much, Bro. I'm not wearing this."
"Come on, kiddo, no more of that. It's cute! Go on over to the three-way mirror..."
"I-Owwww, okay, okay! I'm going." Not wanting a very public spanking, I hustle out of the changing room in my bright purple Blarney shirt and shorts. I look like a total dork in the mirror - my butt bulging out around the diaper. The generous cut doesn't help - it's as if it's made to fit the shape of the diaper exactly, and actually accentuates its shape. Most importantly, it actually fits. My big bro stands behind me, adjusting the fit and smiling into the mirror with a shit-eating grin while Jay-Jay guffaws in the background.
"Oh, yeah. That outfit's a keeper! Next!"
"But, I-"
"Next!"
"Don't I even get a vote?"
"Maybe when you're ready to dress yourself, buddy. And when you have money to buy your own clothes." That makes my blood boil.
"Not only am I perfectly able to dress myself, you're not even using your own money. You're using our parents' money! My allowance!"
"Buddy, if you're going to make this difficult, then I'm going to have to put you in the shopping cart and not let you try these clothes on for fit at all." I sigh. There's no winning with this guy. I am forced to model each and every piece of clothing.
"Uh oh!" he says, when we get to the onesies. "Looks like these only go up to size 16. A little to small for diapers this thick... Jay Jay? A little help here?"
Jay jay comes in to solve the problem, and I have to sit there as the two of them talk about me like I'm not there.
"I have just the thing!" he says before dashing off. In a minute, he's back with pieces of cloth fabric that have snaps at either end. "Onesie extenders," he says in response to our questioning looks.
"Brilliant!" exclaims Donovan. Turns out these extenders are designed for extra thick diaper situations, and now the onesies fit perfectly. Oh joy. Luckily I don't have to wear those long because I have other exciting options to try on, the last of which is a pair of white cloth shortalls that stretch over the diaper in such a way as to highlight the big bulky diaper on my butt.
"Dono- I mean, Big Bro, there's no way I can go to class without everyone knowing I'm diapered. I can't go out like this!"
"Sure you can! There's nothing to be ashamed about, kiddo. Here, tell you what. Jay Jay? Is it okay if he wears this around the store?"
"Sure, thing, Donovan! Just throw the tag in the cart. Looks great on him, by the way!"
"I know! He's going to be the cutest Sophomore on campus!" the two of them high-five while I think of how I'm going to get a refund for all this clothing.
Thankfully, that's the last item of clothing. The diapers are super obvious. I can hear them crinkle with every movement. They are clearly outlined by the stretchy fabric, and I can visually see the color difference of where the diaper ends and my skin begins under the shortalls. This is not good at all, but we're moving. I'm sure that I could be found anywhere in the store through echolocation thanks to the deafening crinkle my diapers make with each step.
*CRINK CRINK CRINK*
My gait unsteady, we make our way to the diaper aisle.
"Oh, yes! Look, kiddo! Everything a little guy needs!" He starts piling on the items in bulk. Diaper cream. Diaper gel. Diaper powder. Baby food.
"Hey! What are you getting that for?"
"Gotta make sure my 'Little Bro' gets his nutrition!"

Wish that were me!
Well, Dickie is maybe just a little shorter than average. Donovan used to be pretty skinny and weak, but he grew into his body and with a lot of working out, he's grown massive and muscular. Strong enough to control his older brother for sure.
Fun fun fun!
