Daily Free-Write March 11, 2023: Little Big Bro Pt. 7
🕑 Added 2023-03-11 18:15:13 +0000 UTCDonovan marches me to the bathroom, along with my cart of stuff, and pushes it inside the 'family restroom' ahead of us. Inside there is a lot of space including a huge changing area where he lays me and gets to work, ignoring my fussing.
"Come on, Little Dicky. You have to admit it's a lot easier to change when you don't have to take off your shoes and pants, isn't it?" I cross my arms and look away as he starts tearing the tapes off of the heavy padding.
"I don't want it to be easier. I want to go back to big boy undies."
"It's cute that you call them that, kiddo. But you're not a big boy. Not in any sense of the word." He tweaks my pee pee to emphasize his point and I blush and sit up to yell at him. His big hand just presses me right back down and he continues with my change. I know he won't listen to my protests that I can do it myself. I try another tactic as he wipes me down.
"At least let me get pull-ups!"
"No, you lost the chance to wear pull ups when you threw your tantrum. If you want out of diapers you have to prove you don't need them and I don't see that happening anytime soon."
"Donn- I mean Big Bro. I can prove to you that I'm ready for pull-ups. Can't we put all these diapers back for now? Give me one week and I'll show you."
"Hmm," he says, rubbing his chin as if thinking. "Okay, okay. Maybe we are going a bit overboard to start. You can wear pull-ups. To class only. But if you fail..."
I gulp. I don't know why I'm worried. There's no way I'll fail this challenge... right?
"So we're putting the diapers back, right?"
"Haha. No. You're still gonna be padded whenever you're out of class and back in your room with me. If you want to go out, well, we'll talk about it."
"I have to ask permission to go out now? No way!"
"Hey! Mom and Dad told me to keep an eye on you. Unless you want to find a babysitter or some other place to go where you'll be supervised, that's how it's gonna be."
"No way, this is too lame," I say, crossing my arms.
"Butt up," says Donovan, and I lift my butt so he can slide the soaked diaper out from beneath me and replace it with a new My Pretty Unicorn diaper from the pack. I groan as my butt comes down on the thick soft crinkly padding. It's even bigger than my last diaper, if that's possible.
"These oughtta hold you, you little super soaker," says Donovan, as he powders me up. I have to endure his hands putting powder all over my diaper area, but I bite my tongue, at least until he grabs the sides of the diaper and pulls up, enclosing my whole lower region in the thick, crinkly garment. It's just about as thick as the soaked diaper he took off me, I realize, though thankfully not as heavy. I can see my crotch bulging out several inches and wonder how in the heck I'll fit anything over these diapers.
"There we go! Let's button you up kiddo, and we're all done!" He snaps the cloth shortalls closed and holds out a hand to help me up to my feet, which I accept. "See? That wasn't so bad, was it?"
"Well, It was faster," I say, inspecting myself as best I can to see what I look like now. Just as I thought, the diaper is more obvious than ever, stretching the fabric of my shortalls. And there's more. "Hey! You can see the unicorns right through the fabric!"
"Don't worry, kiddo. This is just for when I'm looking after you. I told you you wouldn't have to wear this to class if you can stay dry like a big boy."
"But Dad said you had to get me regular clothes for class!"
"Alright, alright. Let's go get you some more regular clothes. And pull-ups. Then we'll head out."
To my chagrin, the regular clothes we get are in bright primary colors, and they all have snaps. It's either plain onesies or kiddish shorts and pants. It takes a lot of convincing to get him to agree that my practically transparent shortalls were not regular attire. As a compromise, I agree to wear the new shoes he gets me, a pair of blue sneakers with baby show characters running around on it. I don't care to know who they are - they all look lame to me.
Our trip back to campus is the most embarrassing part of all. Here we are carting a huge stack of diapers and supplies on the metro, and then through campus. I pray no one sees us, but of course we run into a couple friends on the way back.
"Whoa! I heard what happened this morning at the dining center. I guess you guys are really serious, huh?" asks Eric. His girlfriend, Peach, elbows him in the ribs.
"Manners! That's so insensitive. It's okay, buddy," she says, turning to me. "You'll get through this. We all support you, no matter why you have to wear them. Aww! Cute socks!" She's pointing out my kiddish socks now, the ones my 'Big Bro' insisted I wear along with my new shoes. Altogether I look like I'm wearing a toddler costume, which is I guess a good fallback to anyone who doesn't know about this morning's breakfast fiasco.
"Th-thanks," I manage to mumble after my brother jabs me with his elbow a few times to respond.
"Need any help carrying all that stuff?" asks Eric.
"No thanks," I say, hastily, not wanting the embarassment of having others carry my shameful supplies.
"Sure!" says Donovan. "That would be tremendous! Grab a box or a bag of his diaper stuff and follow us!"
Peach and Eric both take big bags of diaper supplies and the three of them chat as it it's a completely normal walk while I waddle on ahead in my super obvious and puffy outfit, not expected to carry a darn thing myself. At least I'm not wearing a pacifier. No, it's just sitting on a clip and tucked into my chest pocket in case I get 'fussy' again.
The moment we get back, Bro cuts all the tags off and tosses them making any hope of returning my new clothing impossible. Our friends regretfully decide to hang out a while, which Donovan think is a good thing.
"This is better, buddy. We don't want you hiding away because you're embarrassed. You guys don't mind if I check him right now, do you?" The others shake their heads, looking rather eager and curious to see it.
"I mind," I protest, but he just pushes me back on the bed and with one strong tug all of my snaps fly open to reveal my thick diaper.
"Looks like a few of their marks have faded, but you have plenty to go, super soaker. Here, don't forget to stay hydrated," he says, grabbing a big bottle of iced tea from the mini fridge and tossing it to me.
I move to snap up my shortalls again but he stops me.
"Ah, ah, ah! That's big bro's job. You leave that be. Hey, Eric, Peach. You mind if he goes pantsless while we hang out? It's a lot easier than having to fight with him to check his pants all the time."
