Finally doing some Game Gear stuff! And a Patreon-only video coming soon :)
🕑 Added 2020-06-05 10:15:46 +0000 UTCHi everyone!
I was originally planning to give an update on my next video along with a Patreon-only video, but bad weather/power issues prevented me from filming yesterday so I'll just post the update on my next video for now. But be on the lookout for a Patreon-only unboxing of the TG-16 mini! I'll film that and get it up ASAP.
For now I'm editing my next video which will be a look at the Coca-Cola Game Gear and the game, Coca-Cola Kid (screenshot above. . . yeah, it's a weird ending lol.) I will also be mixing it in with a review of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Game Gear game. It sounds messy, I know, but I think it will be a fun lil' video. After that, I'd like to do a classic "Erin Plays" style letsplay video since it's been a while!
And lastly, hello to the few new folks here! Thanks so much for deciding to support me here, and thanks so much to those of you who continue to support me here! It really helps and means a lot. I hope you all are doing alright and I'll be back soon :)

That's awesome that you're finally able to check out the TG-16 library. It's a great system! And yay I'm glad you're looking forward to the video :D

Sorry you were having vicious weather and power issues. What a drag! Looking forward to the unboxing, the let's play, and whatever context you can give this screenshot. Thanks Erin!

Got my TG-16 Mini and have been loving it so far! I've checked out all of the games it has on it and I'm really surprised by the quality of them all! I only found a couple of games that I wasn't a fan of but I'm glad to have played them regardless. I've only played a handful of TG-16/PC-E games through the Virtual Console on Wii and Wii U over the years like Rondo of Blood, Gradius II, and Splatterhouse before this thing came out. Been wanting to explore more of its library for years but collecting for both is nowhere near my budget so this will have to do...for now! XD My only big gripe with it is the fact that Snatcher is not translated on here...same goes for the few text heavy PC-E games. Other than that, I love it! I saw the Coca-Cola Game Gear for the first time at the National Video Game Museum a few years back and had no idea Game Gear had more than one variation! Blew my mind lol I'm looking forward to this next video of yours! That ending screen raises a lot of questions and concerns though... XD
