Update I'm also unable to place the batteries in the can opener. I placed one early game and then when I had two more later on and tried placing them in it, it would say "I need a Battery"

Hey I've encountered a bug where when you stab the old lady in the wheel chair with the knife even after her death she continuously screams to no end. But other than that I'm in love with the game and excited to see its completion ^^ keep it up man!

Controls are afwul. Need to press Z to switch items or to shut the lighter. Can press Z while hiding. Just awful really dissapointing.

Im having a lot of fun with this game, but is there going to be a save feature cuz I spent 2 hours just to get outside the house.

So far, there's the bad ending [he kills you as you're entering the final basement door] and the good ending [where you make it through the final basement door].

Just figured I'd report these issues before the next version is released, by the way, any word on when that will be? I am constantly running into this bug where I climb through the vents for the first time outside where the duct tape and pressure valve are and the flood lights never turn on and he never opens the door, causing me to be stuck outside until I quit. But sometimes he would still wander outside and chase me without unlocking the door, and if I shoot him he just runs inside still not unlocking the door. Also this bug was more rare but on some playthroughs the Revolver would not hit him no matter how close he was. and a lesser issue is when the killer spots me, and I begin running passed corners and what-not, and he tends to very regularlly teleport in front of me. But like I said, the first issue is the main concern. Thanks, man. This is my favorite release thus far. Much love.

Can someone tell me how many endings this game has?

You basically rotate the paperclip with the mouse and turn the lock with the A,D keys. Then the paperclip is in the right position, the lock will turn and open. If not in the right spot, the paper clip's health will drain until it breaks

can someone explain how to use the paperclip and hexkey on the cabinet for me? everything I do the paperclip just keeps spinning around

Love this new update and the 1995 mode. There are some bugs I ran into. Butcher can walk through that door that was barricaded with planks. Butcher screams when I fire from the empty pistol (idk if this is considered a bug). I was able to climb on the buckets in the supply room and somehow got stuck and wasn't able to move (the ones near the locked red doors). Then the butcher came in and started glitching and leaning left and right because he couldn't get me. When the butcher caught me for the second time, I woke up underneath the bed in the basement, not on the bed like supposed to (similar thing in the final game over cutscene). Game is getting better with each new update, can't wait for the final release.

Thanks for letting me know, it's the first I'm hearing about it, but I think I may know what's causing it (it's the final drop out of the vent into the fuse box room). I'll have an update up as soon as possible, but in the mean time, if you enter and exit any of the other vent openings (just go all the way in, then come out) before you go in the fallout shelter, it should fix the problem.

Damn, I believe that glitch should be fixed in 0.6.1. Have you tried the latest update? POBTS was I planning on finishing this year, but Stay out of the House has dragged out longer than I wanted it to take. I'll work on something though. Maybe the toy factory as a bonus demo this month :)

Hey PC, another glitch is when exiting through the vent outside you fall straight through the porch roof, and on the side of the house and porch theres a glitch where you can get trapped underneath some small space, I was so far and it screwed me xD haha love the update so far though man cant wait for the final release! Are you still going to do anything with POBTS?

I'm happy to see the final chapter has finally come! There is a one bug that's preventing me from finishing the game. When i'm in the tunnels beyond the password door, the killer will turn the gas on occasionally and it will affect the area and will kill me. The when I wake up the door leading back to the tunnels is locked and no way of getting back there is possible.
