Did you notice towards the end Taehyung was still cooking after they reached the goal? He was preparing chicken and hotdogs to give out to the fans waiting outside. Tae dancing was for those fans too. The production had a great crowd control team you’ll see they’ll discuss on the behind the scenes episode. Obvious ARMY weren’t allowed to come in the restaurant so they just waited at a nearby area.

This is a great wholesome fun loving show. I’m pretty sure they kept Tae on the back kitchen was because he is too famous, and if the news spread too fast, they wouldn’t be able to film the show. I'm so excited for next ep.11 !!!! 𝓽𝓪𝓮𝓱𝔂𝓾𝓷𝓰 𝓥💜

I think production team was very careful to keep "Army" and V fame under control to respect the objetive of the program and for the other great artist. I remember that even Park Seo Joon was an intern doing basic chores on Youn's Kitchen 1&2 (Lovely program I recomend you to watch it).
