Beta V3.3 – Update Log (02/09/2025)

🗣️ TTS (Text-to-Speech) Improvements
You can now click any paragraph to start reading from that point.
Fixed overlap issues between TTS widget & mini-chapter actions.
📖 Chapter & Reading Flow
Prefetching enabled: navigating to the next chapter is now much faster & seamless.
In chapter view, the Original tab now correctly shows Rescrape, while the Translated tab shows Retranslate.
Character previews (entities linked to wikis) are available on novel pages, with the ability to generate new wikis on demand.
🛠️ Moderation Tools
Reset Glossary fix: Now fully working for Retranslate & Rescrape.
Discord-linked Mod Roles: Active Discord users automatically get moderation permissions → manage updates, schedule retranslates/rescrapes, and more.
📚 Codex Wiki Updates
New Regenerate Wiki button: instantly refresh bugged/incomplete entity wikis.
🎨 UI & Site Enhancements
Brand new Homepage featuring trending fanfics, recent updates, and arrivals.
Display Settings have been redesigned for a cleaner, more concise look.
Fixed issue where white backgrounds appeared in dark mode overscrolling.
⚡ Optimizations & Stability
Site trimming & caching updates → improved speed & lower latency.
Expanded scraping sources (you can request new ones on Discord/Patreon).
General bug fixes and UI polish across the site.
🔎 Algorithm Updates
Search algorithm now handles typos better & gives more relevant results.
Translation algorithm improved → better entity detection in long chapters, leading to more consistent translations.
Glossary control: Local (book-specific) vs General (site-wide). You can now turn off misused glossary terms for smoother translations.
