Is this still being worked on? Love Darcy and Isidor, but hooked on everyone in this story too. Especially now that it seems Luther and Grayson are finally accepting the obvious, Amon is maybe going to be rescued, Johannes has got a girl, and Deliah will apparently be coming into the picture. What a tangled, and delightful web.

Random thought. What does Grayson's accent sound like? As well as other Carvecians. In my mind Luther speaks The Queens English mostly, with his lower upbringing peeking though when he's upset.

We all know the king isn't allowing Cross to save Luther because he gives a damn about the cattle dog. He gets the PR boost of sending someone to save Luther's fleet (without chipping in anything materially to help) and is probably hoping Cross gets himself killed lol. Definitely looking forward to the shep proving him wrong. Also, Delilah is reminding me of the ladies in the Game of Thrones universe here. Strong women that know how to navigate court and a sexist society. All she needs is the dragon and she's set to take over the kingdom, hahaha! And I'm definitely looking forward to what she means when she says "we're" going to save Luther o.o;;

I have not been keeping up, but do you have a scene somewhere where someone refers to the fleet as the Black Flag and he replies angrily that it is the Four Corners?

I know. I've called it Four Corners since though, and my thought on that is that 'Black Flag' is too indicative of piracy and privateering. It's probably something of a nick-name, or a dig at him. It's not what he'd call his own fleet if he wanted to be in good standing.

One minor thing: Throughout the entire book of Heretic, Cross's fleet was named The Black Flag fleet, not Four Corners.
