There's a lot of great choices here and so many other wonderful characters out there! To throw something new in how about Ratigan and Basil (any of the Disney/Don Bluth characters would be cool though) or Cats Don't Dance could be an interesting one. Wolf's Rain would be cool for some feral ones.
