So the bed pillow mesh is not free because the link you provide leads to the creator's post which is locked behind a Patreon paywall =\. There's no way to get the mesh for the pillows for free.

Using this set in a remodel of Muncipal Muses turned into a residential home. I am having an issue with pillows needing "footprint object" or the mesh I guess? No clue.

I can't message you now. Patreon is always buggy during the first days of the month. If you can, please message me, then I will send a download link to you. It might take 1-2 days for Patreon to reseolve this problem.

Christmas in July!!!! I LOVE this set!!!! I know this had to be hard to create. To my knowledge, I don't know of any other creators that have made Tuscany style buy mode items. You both may have been the first achieve this in the Sims 4 cc community. Thank you Cowbuild and Winner9!!!!
