Coppola's Monster: Victor Salva and the Hollywood P-e-d-o Problem (Research Report 6)
🕑 Added 2023-12-28 03:22:58 +0000 UTCIn this detailed Research Report, Brett dives into the puzzling relationship between Francis Ford Coppola and Hollywood pedophile Victor Salva, who was convicted of molesting the star of his debut feature film, Clownhouse (1989). The film was bankrolled by Coppola and produced by his Zoetrope studio, which also produced the first two installments of Salva’s Jeepers Creepers trilogy more than a decade later. Brett also revisits the controversy over the release of Salva’s Powder (1995), which was distributed by Disney, and he relates the harrowing story of Salva’s victim, Nathan Forrest Winters, who says Coppola blackballed him from the industry on top of suing him for breach of contract after he went to the police.
